The Battle of the Books started at LMS in 2005.  Originally the seventh and eighth grades participated by forming teams of four to six people. . . They are also the teams that competed against other schools in the Battle tournament at Manalapan/Englishtown school district. . .

Holocaust Survivor and Author Visits LMS

LMS Eighth Grader named "Mercy Scholar"

Kaitlyn Pelicano, LMS eighth grader, has attained the status of "Mercy Scholar" as designated by Mount Saint Mary Academy in Watchung. Kaitlyn achieved a score of 99% in the ACT Explore Test in order to be recognized in this manner.
