DUNELLEN DESTROYER ATHLETICS

The NJSIAA requires officials to enforce all rules regarding unsportsmanlike conduct by coaches and players.  There will be no tolerance for any negative behavior, such as taunting, trash talking and verbal, written, or physical conduct related to race, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, or religion. Such behavior will result in being ejected from this event.  All participants must respect the game and respect their opponents. 

Fall Season 
DHS:  Football, Girls Soccer, Boys Soccer, Girls Tennis, B/G Cross County, Cheerleading
LMS:  B/G Cross Country

Winter Season
DHS & LMS:  Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball
Co-op Wrestling w/Middlesex

Spring Season 
DHS:  Baseball, Softball, Boys Tennis, B/G Track
LMS:  Baseball, Softball, B/G Track

Step 1: STUDENT REGISTRATION: Athletes must register online then the form is automatically sent to the parent/guardian to complete the registration process. (Note: need parent email address to register)

 

Step 2: PARENT REGISTRATION: Automatically sent to the parent/guardian after the athlete registers for sport to complete the online registration process.

Step 3: UPDATED PHYSICAL: Sports physicals are good for one year and must be on the state-required forms.  Print the form and have it completed by your Physician.  If you’d like to check the date of the sports physical we have on file please contact the school nurse.

Step 4: HEALTH HISTORY: Must be completed by parent prior to the start of each season.

Random Drug Testing: Dunellen High School will continue its Random Drug-Testing program for students in Grades 9-12 who participate in any sport, extra-curricular activity, or the open-lunch program. (Board Policy 5536) Once the form is filled out and signed it would place your child in the pool of candidates to be randomly selected for testing. If you do not agree to allow your child to be placed in the pool, they will be ineligible to participate in any of the aforementioned activities.
